On backorder? You'll see a clear notice on the product page and in your cart, and we'll get it to you the moment it's ready.

Returns: 7-day returns on unused, non-personalized items in their original packaging. Because personalized pieces are engraved just for you, they can't be returned — but if anything arrives damaged or not as ordered, reach out right away and we'll make it right.
