Shipping policy

We strive to ship all items within 4 business days. Most items will ship sooner. Premade and blank items will ship same business day if the order is placed before 2PM EST. 

Shipping and transit times may vary based on provider chosen. You will be presented with options at checkout for available providers and estimated delivery times. We ship through USPS, UPS, Fedex, and DHL. Most providers will have delivery within 7 Days, though international times can vary. 

International Shipments (outside of the US), do not qualify for our free shipping promotion. 

Shipping costs are calculated live at checkout. We do offer free shipping on select items when the order total is over $75 for US domestic shipments. This will display in checkout. 

We ship from our location at 4802 Valley View Blvd NW Roanoke, VA 24012. 

If any items do not arrive, please contact us immediately to help resolve the issue. If items are missing from your shipment, please contact us to resolve the matter.
