Order Processing (Handling Time)
Every item is personalized and made by hand in our Roanoke, VA studio, so orders need a production/handling time before they ship. Most orders are made and handed to the carrier within 2 business days, and almost always within 4 business days. Handling time is separate from transit time below. Large or fully custom orders may require additional handling time — we'll let you know.
Delivery (Transit Time)
After your order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier and destination — typically
2–5 business days within the continental United States. Transit time is in addition to handling time. You'll receive tracking by email when your order ships.
Shipping Rates
• Orders $75+: FREE standard shipping (continental U.S.)
• Orders under $75: standard shipping calculated at checkout
Local Pickup
Local customers can choose in-store pickup at our Valley View Mall location
(4802 Valley View Blvd NW, Ste LF246, Roanoke, VA 24012). We'll email when your order is ready.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Once an order is with the carrier, transit is outside our control. If your order is lost,
significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact info@markednmade.com or 540-792-3200 and we'll make it right.
