Live activation and hat bar questions

What is a custom hat bar?

A hat bar is a live station at your event where each guest picks a hat, picks a patch or engraving, and we make it on the spot. They leave wearing a one-of-a-kind hat with your brand on it.

What hats do you offer at a hat bar?

Truckers, dad hats and more, in the colors you choose for your event.

Can the patches use our logo and brand colors?

Yes. Choose premade patch designs, custom patches made in your brand colors with your logo, or live engraving on the blank each guest picks. You can mix all three.

What can you engrave live at an event?

Tumblers, drinkware and more. Guests watch their name, a date or your logo engraved while they wait.

Can we book a hat bar and live engraving together?

Yes. Both run from the same request, so one quote covers the whole activation.

How much does a hat bar or live engraving cost?

Every event is different, so we quote each one. Tell us about your event in the form below and we will send you a quote.
